Are you training with a novice or a master trainer?

If you say the words “personal trainer” to almost anyone they will immediately think about track suited fit guys and girls who hang around the gym getting paid tons of money to count to 10 all day.

Sad?? Yes, but very true.

It seems these days that most personal trainers are merely more than just rep counters but are people just biding their time for a better job offer to come along.

To make matters even worse, the public’s perception is proven right more often than not by the increasing overturn of personal trainers that seem to come and go at an alarming rate. This leaves gyms with fresh-faced, newly qualified and largely inexperienced kids to take on the role of safeguarding the health and fitness of the general public.

NOT GOOD!

After all, an average of 50-80 dollars is spent for an hour with a trainer. Getting a personal trainer is not cheap but these are professional rates. With professional rates should come professional service in return for handing over their hard earned cash.

BUT before you all think personal training and fitness coaching is a waste of time and money i would like to you reconsider.

Although there are endless numbers of inexperienced trainers being thrown at the job market every 4 weeks, there are the highly motivated, exceedingly knowledgeable and time-served professionals who provide more than your “one more rep” of encouragement.

These TRU professionals go beyond the basics to provide you with an whole approach to health, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. This, without a doubt, makes them a TRULY formidable weapon in the battle of the bulge (or whatever other health and fitness goals you may be working toward).

An example of what a TRU trainer might provide for you:

In Depth assessments of your posture, biomechanics, nutritional status, lifestyle habits and much, much more.
To be honest, the TRU personal trainer can be best summed up by their sincere and genuine believe that if your not assessing, you are simple just guessing. This would be both unfair and unethical to build a clients program without knowing everything we could possibly know that may be hindering the client from their goals.

A detailed and in depth plan for the achievement of your goals
You can tell the calibre of a TRU personal trainer by the quality and clarity of the plans and programs that they put together for you to help you reach your health and fitness goals

Unlike the TRU trainers, we find most of the industry newbie’s with their “off the top of their head” workouts, stalking the public gyms. TRU trainers create absolute masterpieces of planning that cover everything from the training program to the detailed nutrition design, supplementation, proper hydration, sleep and literally everything else that could be possibly affecting your goals.

A Tailor-Made support structure that fits you to your goal and works in REAL life.

Its all too easy for your novice trainer to create this PERFECT PICTURE workout plan, put pressure on the client to follow every move and then blame them every time they fall off the band wagon but the truth is, people have real lives and real issues to contend with around their desire to achieve their health and fitness goals.

“Stuff” gets into the way of life and they find themselves resorting back to their default settings around health and fitness and before we know it their goals come to a SCREECHING HALT!

BUT not with the professional personal trainer they don’t!

Rather than being offended by the client breaking 1 of their many commandments, the TRU trainer accepts and expects that this will and might happen and plans accordingly.

Taking a planned approach and creating some answers for the “what if’s”, leaves the trainer with the knowledge of when a hug, a pat on the back or a kick in the butt is in place for the client. This will help keep the clients on track with a minimum amount of fuss

An accountability structure, making it easy for the client to keep going and tough to give up.

In Health and Fitness, people quit to easily. This is just a fact.

Life seems to get in the way and before you know it the results are getting slower and slower and somehow the drive to keep consistent, falls.

A newly trainer will do one of two things. First, they will either hit you with a powerful blast of motivation that will lead the client back on track for a temporary fix. Or, the trainer will lose sight of the clients motivation and lose confidence in them. This results in the loss of the client and the notion that he or she cannot succeed in the battle of the bulge.

On the other hand, the master trainer knows better than to use these methods and helps the clients use the tools of belief and inspiration that only the trainee can find from within him/hers self. The master trainer reminds them of their daily goals and affirmations and why they wanted to get there in the first place and what it is going to FEEL like when they reach the end.

All personal trainers are NOT created equal. Results are NOT the same across the board. No two personal trainers are the same, even if they graduated from the same course or schooling. The knowledge, skills, abilities and passion for what they do will always be different.

This is simply a FACT!

If you EVER think about hiring a personal trainer to help achieve your health and fitness goals, ask yourself “Am i speaking with a newbie or master?” before you even think about taking them on.

I hope you have learned from this article and if you ever want to reach your health and fitness goals faster than ever before make sure you are not wasting your money and time!

TRU BODY FITNESS

What exactly is TRU BODY FITNESS?

TRU BODY FITNESS is your next step towards building yourself through your body and mind.

Our passion is put into each and every client. We PLAN, VISUALIZE, and COMMIT!

PLAN: The first aspect of building the ultimate YOU is to have a plan. Goals are what drive us to complete something; No one ever starts a race without a finish line. Training our bodies and our minds, are no different. We must create a goal to where we want to go and then build steps to get there. Without this important piece of the puzzle we simply cannot get to where we want to go without realizing what we are working for!

"The secret to productive goal setting is in establishing clearly defined goals, writing them down and then focusing on them several times a day with words, pictures and emotions as if we've already achieved them."

- Denis Waitley

The second aspect we must present is what gets us to that VISION. Here is where we build a step by step approach that is very understanding and applicable. If you cannot understand what someone is teaching you then you will have a hard time turning knowledge into action. If something is misunderstood or not addressed it could hinder your results. Involving all aspects of health and fitness into a simple and effective program is what will deliver REAL RESULTS! We are so brainwashed that if something is super technical or precise in certain ways that it must be the way to the end of the tunnel. If only people would follow what has been proven we would not get so many people falling off the band wagon. All this confusion and frustration is due to not understanding, nor having a planned approach. At TRUBODY FITNESS we understand and have a planned approach that guarantees’ to get you the body and lifestyle that you have dreamed of.

“You are what you are and where you are because of what has gone into your mind. You can change what you are and where you are by changing what goes into your mind.”

- Zig Ziglar

The third and final aspect that TRUBODY FITNESS looks at is COMMITEMENT. Nothing in this world was ever completed without the commitment of that person. If he or she does not simply put in the time and effort into whatever they are trying to reach they will find themselves in a stump. If you are not TRULY committed to your goals you will not get what you were really looking for! Wherever your physical and mental goals line up in your life, make sure you commit to yourself on an appropriate level. This level at which you commit will determine all of what you accomplish.

"In achieving your goals, you may run into roadblocks. Don't let that stop you, go around, over, or under. If you are committed to your goal you will find a way."

- Catherine Pulsifier

Ultimately, If you are looking for a TRU difference in your mind and body, TRU BODY FITNESS will deliver just that. Exceeding your expectations is normal at TRU BODY FITNESS. If you are ready to make a difference in your life both physically and mentally, then take the first step and join US! Your goal is our goal!

Lots of thanks to everyone!
